This is the best place ever for your medical needs. They treat you like you are human and have such a big heart. Their hours are also so flexible being a business owner. Dr. Chavda is the kindest doctor I have ever met. He also saved my son's life treating him immediately as he had no idea he had a recurring health condition. Highly recommend this place! -Bozena

Dr Chavda, is very caring, knowledgeable and genuinely care for his patients. He took time to listen to all my concerns and ordered all the necessary tests needed, he even went above and called one of the specialists he wanted me to follow with to check if they had availability and called me back with the available date. Also the fact that he has weekends available is a plus. I'm grateful to have him as my pcp.

Dr. Chavda is a great doctor. He was very kind and helpful. He was detailed with the diagnosis and was able to prescribe a medication that helped instantly. He even called me the next day to follow up on my condition. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of urgent care.

First time to see Dr . Chirag,I had a great experience They all attentive, patient, and took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing the visit. The explanations were clear, and The office staff was professional and the appointment process was smooth. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable PCP.

My daughter established care with Dr Chavda recently and it was the most pleasant visit ever. The office is quaint and quiet. Your not rushed out the door as a patient. He actually cares to help. He even called the next day to check on her. Bedside manner is an A++

My first experience at Collin County Physicians for a weekend urgent care visit. It was first thing in the morning and Dr Chavda was handling everything at that time. He was awesome. Quickly took all my info, got me checked in and it was a short wait. Once starting visit he was very caring and knowledgable. I was miserable when I came in and by evening with prescribed meds had much improvement. He even asked me to call in the evening to provide update on how I was doing, which I did. Very caring. I highly recommend based on this first experience and now have his number in my contacts.

Dr.Chavda is a blessing! I got my husband an appointment the same day I called. Front desk as well as Dr.Chavda himself were so helpful and patient with all the questions we had. The hours are also very helpful as he ended up scheduling later in the evening. We couldn’t have asked for better care. We definitely will be going back and referring family! 5 stars all around

Dr. Chavda and the entire staff at Collin County Physicians are truly exceptional. After moving here five years ago, our family struggled to find the right fit; we found that most large practices primarily directed us to assistants rather than the physicians themselves. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and respected. It is rare to find a doctor who provides such genuine, personalized care. We are so grateful to have finally found a practice that prioritizes the patient experience.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chavda and his office. He was able to see me the same day I called, which speaks volumes about his commitment to patient care. Dr. Chavda was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns. He asked detailed questions and made sure I felt comfortable and understood. He also accommodated my availability and promptly scheduled a telehealth appointment. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning.
